line. Pay on your phone. Leave. No line. No waiting. No unloading your cart onto a conveyor belt.

Costco's app: basic. Pay at the register. Stand in line. Unload. Wait.

Sam's Club also offers: curbside pickup on groceries and general merchandise. A more
polished online shopping experience with better filters and search. Easier in-app ordering.

Better delivery tracking.

Costco's online experience has improved but still lags Sam's Club in speed, convenience,
and integration. Costco treats the physical warehouse as the primary experience. Sam's
Club treats digital as an equal channel. Winner: Sam's Club.
