Considering the strong stance and commitment of the EU with regard to the promotion of human rights and the rule of law, violations on the part of Pakistan should not be unchecked.

The cruel state of Pakistan along with its death squads bulldozed homes in Tump, their motive is to economically cripple Baloch people, soldiers looted homes then burned them down, this is collective punishment against civilians, How much more destruction will this rogue army cause?

The Pakistani army’s collective punishment policy in Balochistan.
In Gomazi, District Kech, multiple homes belonging to Nazeer Baloch, Sher Dil Baloch, Umar Baloch, and Taj Mohammed Baloch were bulldozed and set on fire. Videos from the scene show men in Pakistani military uniforms supervising the aggression, instructing tractor driver, and standing near the burning houses.
In addition, several homes were damaged, and valuable belongings were taken from different houses during the aggression.
This is not an isolated incident. The destruction of civilian homes has become a recurring pattern in Balochistan, where families are often subjected to such punishment. Over the years, similar incidents have occurred in several areas, as a part of systematic collective punishment.
The world should ask : Why are entire families being left homeless and traumatized in this manner? What crime did the women, children, and elderly living in these homes commit?
The international community, human rights organizations, and the United Nations must take notice of these repeated incidents and ensure independent investigations. Silence only emboldens further abuses.
The Pakistani military's aggression in Balochistan continues.
In this video, Pakistani military personnel can be seen torching civilian homes in Gomazi, Kech. Reports from the area also indicate that several houses have been demolished during the ongoing operations.
Setting fire to people's homes and destroying their property is collective punishment and a serious violation of human rights. The international community must take notice and speak out against these abuses.

Destruction of Civilian Homes in Gomazi, Tump
Date: 12 June 2026
PAANK strongly condemns the reported burning and demolition of homes, as well as the destruction of civilian property, in Gomazi, Tump, District Kech. According to information received, several houses belonging to local residents were completely destroyed or demolished by Frontier Corps personnel.
The homes of the following families were destroyed:
Nazeer Baloch
Sheer Dil Baloch
Omar Baloch
Taj Muhammad Baloch
The destruction of homes, livelihoods, and private property constitutes a serious violation of fundamental human rights and raises grave concerns about the use of collective punishment against civilians. Such actions inflict severe suffering on affected families and undermine their safety, dignity, and security.
PAANK calls for an immediate halt to the destruction of civilian property, a transparent and independent investigation into these incidents, and accountability for those responsible. We further urge national and international human rights organizations to closely monitor the situation and take meaningful steps to ensure the protection of civilians in Balochistan.

Our house in Pidark was burned by the Pakistani military in 2014. We lost our home and many of our belongings, and the memories of that day remain with our family.
Today, reports from Gomazi, Tump (Kech) describe another military operation affecting local communities. Seeing these events brings back painful memories of what happened to us in 2014.
I am sharing this video again to remember our home and to ensure that our experience is not forgotten. My thoughts are with all families affected by violence, displacement, and the loss of their homes.
The occupying #Pakistani Army set fire to and demolished houses in the Gohmazi area of #Balochistan yesterday. The @UN and @hrw must break its silence and take action to stop such grave human rights violations and hold Pakistan accountable for these actions.

Commemorating the 12th death anniversary of the revered Baloch nationalist leader, Baba Khair Bakhsh Marri, the spokesperson for the Baloch National Movement (BNM) paid rich tribute to his historic contributions. The spokesperson stated that Baba Khair Bakhsh Marri was a visionary leader who steered a wandering movement toward the definitive path of liberation, providing it with unbreakable foundations.
"The BNM regards his ideology as a national heritage. He showed the Baloch nation the path to survival and clearly defined its ultimate destination. Today, millions of Baloch have joined the freedom movement, inspired by his profound guidance and immense sacrifices."
The spokesperson emphasized that Baba Khair Bakhsh Marri was not merely a traditional tribal chief or a conventional politician, but a revolutionary nationalist philosopher. Through a meticulous analysis of Baloch society, alongside regional and global political dynamics, he concluded that the preservation of the Baloch national identity was impossible within the state framework of Pakistan. He realized through the repeated failed political experiments of his own and the Baloch nation that achieving national self-determination through the parliament was a distant dream—when even basic civic amenities and fundamental civil rights remained out of reach. His clarity of thought played a pivotal role in strengthening non-parliamentary nationalist politics across Balochistan.
Furthermore, the spokesperson added that Baba Marri rejected the tribal system as obsolete and envisioned a progressive, modern state for the Baloch nation—one founded on the principles of liberty, equality, and justice. He firmly opposed political, social, and economic monopolies within Balochistan, while also unequivocally resisting the imperialistic policies of global powers.
"Enduring exile and casting aside his inherited tribal authority, vast lands, and elite privileges, he chose instead to fortify the foundations of the Baloch national liberation movement. He sacrificed everything—including his own children—for the survival of his people, standing like a solid rock on his principles until his very last breath. He educated the Baloch nation on how to wage a modern, ideologically grounded, and structurally organized struggle. The political study circles he established under the banner of 'Haq Twar' (The Voice of Truth) ignited a flame of consciousness, intellectual inquiry, and decisive action across the length and breadth of Balochistan, guiding the nation toward its destination."
Concluding the statement, the spokesperson stated that Baba Khair Bakhsh Marri’s life and character offer profound lessons in patience, wisdom, and strategic clarity. He despised emotionalism, disconnected idealism, and empty rhetoric. He taught that substantive, impactful politics does not rely on superficial narratives or media propaganda, and that movements cannot survive on mere slogan-mongering without concrete action. It is this very realistic and disciplined philosophy that breathed life into Baloch resistance politics, which stands in its most formidable and resilient form today.
