@Patricia_Traina Simple "eyeball" test. DJ has failed to elevate himself or those around him. Sure, OL is at fault, but there is nothing special about this team with him at the helm. NYG will never become a next level team with DJ.
@RotoSuperstar Most talented of the Giant WR's, but doesn't matter. Coaching staff is building a culture. He never practiced, it's always something, outworked by others. I think it was a message that you're not entitled. (Especially being from previous regime.)
@StevieVanZandt The Temps/Ruffin are timeless. Great sound that’s still playing today. Forgive my ignorance, but are there bands today that mimic their sound? And if not, why? Seems like no only would it pay homage but also be viable commercially.
@Patricia_Traina Great talent for sure… but hitting on your first pick and no one else, while failing to build an OL would not get this team where it needs to be. Winning starts up top. There’s the failure.
@Patricia_Traina Either it’s a failure to evaluate talent, or inability to use the talent. Either case, is a problem from up top. Can’t blame the players continually being rotated on/off Giant roster.
@Patricia_Traina You wrote, “… don’t see the player’s faults or that the player might not be the best fit for what the coaches want to do.” I feel coaches should put players in position to use their abilities to the fullest, not meet a coach’s scheme. Which do you believe?
@RVacchianoSNY fwiw... NYG SB teams have had Bavaro, Cross, Boss, Pascoe as tight ends. Would like to see more of a return to blocking first mentality. Especially since franchise is tied to a QB/RB currently.
