Shocking Case in India: Public Punishment of the Perpetrators
In Sri Ganganagar, a 13-year-old schoolgirl was abducted, sold to hotel owners, and gang-raped by up to 32 men in groups over the course of five days. The perpetrators held her captive in several hotels, forced her to drink alcohol, and abused her daily in groups of up to six men. The minor survived the horror. Following a police raid, she was freed alive.
Outraged residents took matters into their own hands: They captured several perpetrators (at least 18 individuals), tied them together with ropes, and paraded them publicly through the streets—a clear form of public punishment and shaming. They then handed the bound men over to the police.
The authorities in Rajasthan responded with an iron fist: They ordered the demolition of all four hotels involved. The case has sparked nationwide outrage, not only due to the unimaginable brutality toward a child, but also because of the failure of the child protection system.

Dear @narendramodi and @nitin_gadkari, I urge you to heed science, reason, and the concerns of ordinary Indians.
Here, I explain why India’s E20 policy hurts vehicle owners, water resource, and the environment; and helps the politician-middleman, the sugar, and the liquor lobby:

I want a Bharat that becomes globally competitive while remaining deeply rooted in its civilisational values—where innovation walks alongside compassion, sustainability and respect for nature
If I could design my dream policy job, I'd be the National Policy Implementation & Impact Officer (NPIIO).
India has no shortage of good schemes. The real challenge is ensuring they work as intended on the ground. My role would be to bridge the gap between policy on paper and
A tablet in our medicine box carries a story that begins long before it reaches the pharmacy.
Its journey starts with the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) ,the chemical compounds that make medicines work. APIs are then supplied to pharmaceutical

This is one lesson that truly changed my life. Wherever I stand today, I attribute a large part of it to self-leadership.
I first came across this idea in 2018, when my mentor told me to become "arrogant." The word itself wasn't the right one. What he actually meant was to develop self-leadership.
That advice became a turning point.
In the beginning, it feels abstract. You don't know how to apply it or what to do with it. But as you gain experience, it gradually evolves into a mental model that helps you think independently, reason from first principles, and free yourself from authority bias.
A person who operates primarily through authority bias can never surpass the person they consider an authority. They will always remain confined within someone else's thinking.
The most fascinating part of human evolution is that our potential is far greater than any individual authority. Human progress has always come from people who questioned accepted wisdom, thought independently, and pushed beyond the limits that others believed existed.
There is no reason to confine our thinking within mental barriers that we impose on ourselves simply because we are unwilling to question authority.
Real Issue :Chemical use in agriculture harming health and Environment

Indian billionaires are among the best in the world at building businesses around consumption, distribution & execution. But very few are willing to spend decades and billions on uncertain innovation.
It's safer and far more profitable to keep selling more telecom, retail, FMCG, finance or consumer products to 1.5 billion people than to build the next Nvidia or SpaceX.
The most valuable wealth you have isn't money.
It's time.
35GB of data per person/month is the average internet consumption in India, this is the highest in the world. Still many of them waste time watching reels.
We all get the same 24 hours. What we do with it is the real wealth. I really loved this whole interview of @kunalb11 with @_groww
Public littering and ineffective waste management remain major urban challenges, affecting public health, environmental sustainability, civic behaviour, and development.
The Solution resides with 7 Vertical approaches :

Her name was Neha Shoree.
She was a drug inspector in Punjab.
In 2009, while posted in Ropar, she raided a chemist shop run by a man named Balwinder Singh.
During the inspection, she found dozens of types of tablets commonly misused by drug addicts. According to official records, he could not produce the required documents for them.
She cancelled his licence.
Then she moved on and continued doing her job.
By 2016, Neha Shoree had become the zonal licensing authority at a government drug laboratory in Kharar, near Mohali.
She was thirty six years old.
She had a young daughter at home. Her father was a retired Army captain who had fought in the 1971 war.
The man whose licence she had cancelled never forgot what had happened.
On the morning of March 29, 2019, Balwinder Singh walked into her office in Kharar carrying a licensed revolver.
He shot her inside her workplace.
Neha Shoree was rushed towards a hospital but died on the way.
The gunman then turned the weapon on himself and died soon afterwards.
According to the police, she had been due to testify against him in court.
Ten years had passed since the raid.
Ten years after she enforced the law, he came back for revenge.
Her father later said that his daughter had lived under pressure for years because of her work, but she never compromised and never backed down.
She was killed for doing exactly what the job had asked her to do.

Among the many policies that shape our lives some of the most influential are the ones we rarely notice.
