Big news from Iowa State today: Alcohol sales are coming to Jack Trice Stadium this fall and Hilton Coliseum this winter.

Key points:

— No more leaving and re-entering Jack Trice Stadium during games.

— Two drinks per person, per purchase.

— Beer, wine and pre-packaged cocktails will be available.

— Alcohol will not be allowed on the grass hillsides/Jr. Cyclone Club areas.

— No alcohol vendors in seating areas.

— Sales will stop at designated points during games, like the end of the third quarter for football.

— Current club/suite/hospitality policies stay the same.

Iowa State says part of the proceeds will go toward alcohol education, student wellness and public safety improvements.
