@HDFCBank_Cares as expected the complaint was twisted to suit needs . the complaint was against 'Hoor' call centre employee who i think is being protected now .There is no body by that name in branch and have no complaint agaisnt branch infact they helped me a lot .
@HDFCBank_Cares was talking to 'Hoor" on premium banking Imperiaservices. She has no knowledge of product , very unhelpful and arrogant .I wanted to reapply for my debit card , on the same address and pin code HDFC credit card was delivered today but she refused for debit card
