Following Netanyahu’s statement that US and Israel are “getting close to finding several countries” willing to take in Palestinians, I asked State Department’s Tammy Bruce about the specific countries involved
Here is her response —
‼️ A State department spokesperson on the report that the US and Israel are actively working to strip Jordan of its custodian ship of the Al-Aqsa Mosque: This is categorically false. There has been no change, and we have nothing further to share at this time.

I congratulate President Donald Trump on his extraordinary efforts to pursue peace and for holding a very useful and productive telephone call earlier today, with the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkiye, Egypt, the UAE, Jordan and Pakistan. Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir represented Pakistan in the telephone call and I greatly appreciate his tireless efforts during the entire process. The discussions provided a useful opportunity to exchange views on the current regional situation and how to move the ongoing peace efforts forward to bring lasting peace in the region. Pakistan will continue its peace efforts with utmost sincerity and we hope to host the next round of talks very soon.

I am in the Oval Office at the White House where we just had a very good call with President Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, of The United Arab Emirates, Emir Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, and Minister Ali al-Thawadi, of Qatar, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah, of Pakistan, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, of Türkiye, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, of Egypt, King Abdullah II, of Jordan, and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, of Bahrain, concerning the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all things related to a Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to PEACE. An Agreement has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries, as listed. Separately, I had a call with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, of Israel, which, likewise, went very well. Final aspects and details of the Deal are currently being discussed, and will be announced shortly. In addition to many other elements of the Agreement, the Strait of Hormuz will be opened — US President Trump

Since I have been covering the Iran-US conflict and Islamabad's mediation efforts, perhaps for the first time people, who matter in Pakistan, are so much hopeful for a good news!
“With conservative optimism, we can hope that, if the other side is adequately committed, a positive stride is taking shape” — Iranian envoy to Pakistan
A few minutes ago, the Honorable Pakistani Minister of Interior, my dear brother H.E. Mohsin Naqvi, congratulated me on the achievements of the negotiations with the officials of my country after returning from Tehran.
With conservative optimism, we can hope that, if the other side is adequately committed, a positive stride is taking shape which is the result of the positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on dignity, the steadfastness of the courageous armed forces and the resistance of the brave Iranian nation, as well as the initiative and dedicated endeavours of the Pakistani mediator.
I hope that the sincere efforts of the esteemed Pakistani government and army, especially H.E. Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Seyed Asim Munir NI(M), HJ, COAS & CDF, for the initiative of mediation, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H.E. Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Interior Minister H.E. Mohsin Naqvi, for their sincere diplomatic efforts, will lead to lasting peace in the region.
On my behalf, i extend my sincere and wholehearted gratitude to all of them for their sincere endeavours.
