@ckanjama, in the interest of broadening the scope of legal practice, kindly consider engaging with @BRS_Kenya and the Registrar of Companies on this issue.
Currently, advocates are restricted from representing clients directly on the platform. For instance, effecting company changes requires logging in through clients’ accounts, with each session necessitating an OTP which is an inefficient and impractical process.
Would it not be feasible to introduce an enhanced advocate account, similar to the one offered by @ArdhiSasa_Ke, to streamline and professionalize this engagement? Technically, the BRS system offends a basic constitutional right to representation.
@LeviMunyeri we discussed this.
@Artifence@alasirimotors It's not about getting a perfect car. It's about knowing about defects in advance for planning and setting aside funds for future repairs. Otherwise if you want a perfect car get brand new one from the factory.
Unconstitutional. NTSA cannot assume the role of the Judiciary. The rights to impose a fine fall squarely under the Judiciary. If a quasi-judicial body imposes fines, it must derive that authority from statute and the right to be heard must be granted. I will file a Petition.
There is something quietly genius about Total petrol stations. They add the area name to the brand signage. On routes I have never used, I don’t look for a petrol station, I look out for a Total. Underrated branding move. 🙌
