@mailbird I’ve already done so.. I have reverted back to the previous Windows update. There’s more users with the same issue if you scour the internet - I believe a fix should be your top priority!!

@Philips I have a BDM4065UC whose backlight is out of order. Happened just 3 months after the 3-year warranty ran off. The shop I got it from is unable to fix it and refuses to help me any further! Can someone DM me and help me out with fixing or replacing the monitor?
