🇵🇰 The Peaceful Assembly and Public Order Ordinance 2024 places onerous and unlawful restrictions on the right to freedom of peaceful assembly in Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir.
Amnesty International urges the authorities to uphold their obligations to protect and facilitate peaceful assemblies by repealing the Ordinance and refrain from extending its application beyond 4 months. All those detained solely for exercising their right to peaceful assembly should be released.

These facilities are not something that UCP or any other govt put on a plate and presented to the public, rather it's a result of the human struggle of centuries. Albertans will not give up.
