Actually majority of those jihadi retards are pro russia which made me totally indifferent to their constant wailings about 90s even tho I was very sympathetic to them before
“In middle school while monitoring Syria I thought they were the good guys and that feeling never fully left”
Reason number 848367683 why mayoapes should never be allowed to have an opinion on MENA conflicts
Rojava was a faulty project but I can’t really hate them. In middle school while monitoring Syria I thought they were the good guys and that feeling never fully left
@HawkerHampter “When I was 13 years old I saw a cant Mossad the Assad and barrel bombs meme on 4chan in 2017 and saw how based and redpilled it was to sapport him”
@Amarss_II When the stalemate started I thought it would be like that forever until 10/7 happened
When that happened and I had belief that it would play a role in the fall of the regime at the time
Then when the offensive happened and the regime fell I almost couldnt believe it
@filasteezi Im really glad the first half of the Iraq war wasnt treated like this
Well now its history gets twisted because Amerimutts cannot admit Zarqawi haunts them so they blame Iran for all their losses
Saddam's government caved within weeks, which is why 90% of our casualties in Iraq came from Iran, including the vast majority of roadside bombs which were manufactured in Iran and set up by Iranian-trained "insurgents." Ask any GWOT veteran on this entire goddamned site dude
Yarub Ibn Qahtan, the low-IQ khat junkie, just said he has more respect for the man who recently openly stated that he and his clique view themselves as part of the genocidal entity Israel and even share its ideals.
Yarub has completely discredited himself. Don't be like Yarub!
I was born into a Sunni household. 13 years ago, I was baptized into the Orthodox Church. I have always had a respect for Islam in terms of its history, origins, its philosophy: if you wade through the counter-jihad slop it’s actually all quite fascinating and interesting.
With that being said, I’ve had people ask me if I’d ever come back to Islam, and I won’t for two reasons:
1) I am convicted in my heart that Jesus Christ is God, and the Orthodox Church is his Church. (So while I respect the Shia, I cannot in good conscience become a Shia, because I don’t believe their faith is true)
2) I could never become a Sunni because being an Arab is already humiliating, to be a Sunni would be doubly humiliating in context of the past 3 years, let alone the context of the nearly 80 years of Sunni inaction in the face of Jewish aggression and Palestinian suffering.
The only Sunnis that have proven themselves to be righteous are Palestinians in general and Hamas/PIJ in particular. Everyone else can kiss my ass.
