🚨🔵🔴 Barcelona are preparing first official bid for Julián Álvarez, to be sent soon — and without any players included.
Julián informed Atléti of desire to leave after rejecting a new deal months ago.
️ After direct meeting with agent & intermediaries, Barça will send a bid.
@tobyasky Jude is Jude, But Maguire is not Maguire lolzzz, and there is nothing you can say that will justify Madueke ahead of Gibbs.
Maduake doesn't bring any spark, How many big games have maduake even started and make an impact in this season 🫢
Is this permissable Islamically, what's the rulling if somehow as medical doctor obey their patient decision on situation like this?

Do Not Resuscitate is not something we see everyday in Nigerian hospitals. The first time I witnessed it, it changed my perspective about life.
A 68 year old woman had been battling with cancer for some years. She has had repeated course of chemotherapy, but there was no remission. And the pain was becoming unbearable as her family had exhausted available options of pain relief.
So she made a decision that any day she becomes unconscious, no effort should be made to revive her.
I was on duty when she was admitted. The instruction was simple. Give her whatever you can, to make her comfortable, and don't attempt to revive her no matter what.
Her children were all seated with her, relishing the time of their lives. It was indeed a solemn gathering.
The first 24 hours was the hardest. As I expected her to maybe faint, but that didn't happen. The second night was uneventful. Then on the third night, when it was as if she was getting stronger, she slumped on the bed.
The bedside monitor alarm alerted the nurses who called me from the call room. I ran upstairs as fast as my legs could carry me. Just as I rushed into the room, I had a brain reset - DO NOT RESUSCITATE.
I stood at the door, frozen. I couldn't do anything. She needed oxygen, but I wasn't allowed to give her, she needed CPR, but it was forbidden.
All my life, the training was to save life. Nothing prepared me to just watch a life ebb away.
But, something bigger hung on the line - my licence. If any of us had attempted to resuscitate her, that would have marked the end of our medical career.
Within a few minutes, she stopped gasping. Then a thunderous cry erupted from her children. I'm sure a little teardrops escaped from my eyes.
Such is the vanity of life. Sometimes, you just have to let go, if holding on would cause more pain and hurt and inconvenience.
I don't think I'll ever allow my loved ones to die without making an attempt to save them. What about you? What would you do if your loved one with chronic illness requested for DO NOT RESUSCITATE?
