General Muhoozi has made many tweets on a wide range of issues, yet you selectively extract a few lines, strip them of their context, and then construct an entire narrative about Rwanda and ethnicity. Why? Because you are angry about his strong and unapologetic position against PACEID, and you are now desperately looking for a different angle through which to discredit him.

If your disagreement is with the General's position on PACEID, then debate that position honestly. Don't run away from the substantive issue and hide behind a manufactured Uganda–Rwanda ethnic controversy.

And let's be clear: General Muhoozi did not mention “Rwandans” in the tweet you are trying to weaponise. You introduced Rwanda and Rwandans into the conversation and then proceeded to attack the narrative you created yourself. That is not serious analysis; it is dishonesty.

You also cannot cherry-pick a handful of tweets from a much larger body of communication and pretend those selected remarks represent the entirety of the General's outlook. If you want to critique someone's record, engage the whole record and the actual substance, not carefully selected excerpts designed to provoke outrage.

Uganda and Rwanda have genuine historical, familial, economic and security ties. Turning every controversial Ugandan political statement into an ethnic or Uganda–Rwanda confrontation is precisely the kind of reckless framing that responsible public commentary should avoid.

So, Counsel, debate General Muhoozi on PACEID. Challenge his arguments. Produce evidence. Make your case. But don't manufacture a Rwanda question simply because you cannot—or do not want to—confront the issue he actually raised.

You didn't expose General Muhoozi; you exposed your own agenda.
