> choosing @Lighter_xyz and @extendedapp after MY research + airdrop is confirmed for both, will post my points accumulation and strategy as I figure them out. Lighter allows forex pairs.
> the most important things I learnt from reading atomic habit are:
- success is a product of consistency and not intensity + if you aim to improve at the rate of 1% daily, by the end of the year youโd be around 37%.
Start a small habit that improves your life overtime and itโd compound
- you have to unlearn, relearn and expand your identity
- which ever small habit you want to start, make sure itโs easy and enjoyable
> will be exploring @lute, just because.
> forgot to cancel the $zec order I posted, incurred that loss but I renentered with confirmation ๐ซ
> my account is currently in probable spam, any suggestions to get out?

I see this app as one of our primary workspaces in Web3.
For many of us, itโs where we connect, build, create, and earn. And as we all know, environment is that invisible hand that shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and ultimately, our lives.
But after thinking deeply about it, I realized thatย we are the environment. This space doesnโt just need a few people trying to do better, it needs aย ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
We glorify being overworked. I once saw chill pill share that he sacrificed 12โ15 hours daily on X for eight months to grow his account. Impressive? Yes. But also dangerous.
Without realizing it, he was preaching a habit that kills balance and lacks boundaries, the kind that makes you sleep less, eat less or binge eat, skip workouts, lose your hobbies, and slowly detach from the outside world.
Which is very dangerous for our physical and mental health: so much anxiety from not wanting to miss out, excessive screen time, sleep deprivation and so much more.
Not everyone can handle burnout the same way. 3, I mentioned how some people manage burnout better because their wins keep refueling them.
But imagine someone who puts in the same effort 12 to 15 hours a day and doesnโt even get 1/10th of that result ๐. What happens to their mental health then?
Thatโs the dark side of this culture: it celebrates unhealthy behavior only when it pays off.
And I say this not from observation alone, but from experience. When my device got compromised (Yh device, I lost money across all chains and wallet on my phone. It was one of the lowest points of my journey here).
What made it worse wasnโt just the loss, it was how quickly people expected me to โmove onโ. Everyone just wants you to suck it up and get back to work, to โbuild again.โ
There are already enough ๐๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐จ here. You can wake up one morning and see someone make life changing money while youโre still trying to recover from a setback.
That alone can make you question everything.
The least we can do is not make this space heavier for each other.
Everyone wants a shoulder to lean on, but most people donโt even have one themselves. Learn to be that safe space for yourself and for others. Know when to listen, when to comfort, when to just sit in silence.ย
See your friends beyond their portfolios, followers, or PnL. Value them as people. Donโt make fun of peoples pain.
Thereโs so much pressure here donโt let it consume you. Your journey in this space is a process faster for some, slower for others and thatโs completely fine.
As long as youโre alive, you can always begin again and again.
Our time here is finite. Weโre lucky to be early. But being early doesnโt mean we have to grind endlessly.
We are here to build a future, letโs not loose ourselves in the process.

In this space ๐ ๐๐๐ isnโt just a term, itโs an emotion that lives rent-free in almost everyoneโs mind.
Itโs that familiar knot in your stomach when you see others making moves you didnโt, that tiny voice whispering, ๐โ๐๐ก ๐๐ ๐กโ๐๐ ๐ค๐๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐๐๐?
Web3 moves at the speed of light.
One tweet can spark a wave of hype.
One announcement can turn a random token into a trend.
And one screenshot of a wallet balance can make you question every decision youโve made.
This space thrives on narratives โ and those narratives spread ๐๐๐๐.
Youโve probably felt it before:
> You scroll through this app and see someone turn a $20 trade into $15,000 overnight. (Most as fake by the way)
> You watch influencers brag about catching a token early.
> Everyoneโs talking about the next big airdrop, and somehow, you didnโt qualify.
Suddenly, your brain goes into overdrive;
Thatโs FOMO talking.
And it doesnโt just affect your decision making it takes a toll on your ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
When your brain convinces you that everyone else is winning without you, peace of mind becomes hard to find.
You start comparing your journey to others without considering the kind of access, timing, or resources they have.
So you chase trends. You ape into tokens you barely understand simply because everyone else is doing it.
And when the hype fades (because it always does), regret sets in.
Then the cycle repeats.
While FOMO pushes most people to chase trends, the ones who actually ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, are the ones who donโt move emotionally.
They research quietly, sit out hype cycles, and focus on systems not signals.
I saw earlier today that @Im_SMD1 had tweeted about ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ way back in January long before prediction markets became the new trend and @CarbzXBT spoke about sentient before everyone started yapping about them. Thatโs what patience and research look like.
But letโs be honest staying calm isnโt easy when your timeline is screaming 10๐ญ ๐๐ฃ ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ .
If youโve ever felt left behind, thatโs okay. Everyone has experienced it at some point.
You canโt completely avoid FOMO in crypto, but you can learn to manage it so it doesnโt control your decisions.
Hereโs how:
> ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.: Youโll miss a few waves โ and thatโs okay.
Slow down and research before jumping on any new trend.
Your timeline shapes your mindset, so protect your peace.
> ๐ฏ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐: Know why youโre here and what youโre building.
Research, read, and stay curious, not everything requires action.
You canโt navigate this space alone.
And when you miss something big, remember this:
> This space never runs out of opportunities.
> You just have to stay here long enough to catch the right one.
