Asked my 2yo niece if she wanted blueberry Cheerios for breakfast and she handed me a pair of pineapple sunglasses.
Still don’t know what she wants for breakfast, but pretty sure she accepted me into her tribe.
Not my finest of moments...
I’m not going to point it out to you because I’m hoping (praying) most people wouldn’t notice... especially the parents this was sent out to🤦🏽♀️🥴

@secretHT1 Nursery worker here and still working with 21 plus staff daily in one room no social distancing at all and no hope for key children only or a vaccine
Early Years workers need to be protected by vaccine, since social distancing is impossible and we are working through lockdown
No sitting behind a computer screen, home teaching for us
@secretHT1 Government have treat nursery settings DISGUSTINGLY ! We have been bullied in to opening or lose all funding ....we can NOT social distance , there has been over 40,000 nursery staff who have caught Covid in the last month !
Try working in a nursery
Working full on through lockdown
Changing nappies
Small children sitting on your lap
Sneezing in your face
No regular testing
No vaccine
I’m pretty sick of hearing how important kids’ education is, but being repeatedly reminded of how unimportant the people who deliver it are considered.
Apparently last night the tooth fairy w̶o̶k̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶p̶a̶n̶i̶c̶ arrived at 3am, r̶a̶n̶ flew into 8’s room and d̶r̶o̶p̶p̶e̶d̶ placed two coins on his h̶e̶a̶d̶ pillow before w̶a̶l̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶o̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶o̶o̶r̶ ̶f̶r̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶ flying out the window
My baby said last night, “my heart is not as big during the school day, I get so angry.”
He is talking about getting through the day with a learning disability and his mental illness.
How I hope and pray everyday that they take more time to understand than to push him. 💜
My 3 year old (boy) requested and got a pink mommy teddy bear for Christmas.
It’s his absolute favorite thing and he can’t stop hugging it, so screw your gender norms.
