Hey @LNER and @networkrail - things go wrong, signals fail, these things happen. But the chaos, confusion and lack of communication (or worse ever-changing communication) is appalling. Gate staff were totally confused what to do, train staff announce that trains (cont’d)

will leave shortly, then five minutes later say NO trains will leave for the foreseeable, but we have to stay sat on the train. It’s hard not to conclude your organisations are run by incompetents. People on the train are furious but also laughing at how badly (cont’d)

@British_Airways - we can’t check in online (you’re app and website won’t let us) and now in a huge queue at @berlinairport for the flight to @LondonCityAir . One member of staff operating the Euro Traveller check in.
