Here is where I am at with #Astros:
If they are going to up the ante and re-sign Alex Bregman to get him back in Houston, and pay the tax again
THEN GO ALL IN.
Go get on the phone with the #Padres and make the deal for Dylan Cease.
If youre going to pay the tax, go all in.
The #Mariners, #Rangers etc are not the competition.
The #Yankees, #Mets, #Dodgers, #Braves #Phillies are the competition.

@JeremyBranham now that Bregman is gone to the cubs at least that’s the way it looks we have to shift focus to signing verdugo right? You can’t go into a season with meyers and McCormick in the outfield and Dubon and trammell? That’s terrible

Agreed. It’s a mess. He should have stayed an Astro but he won’t. It’s all downhill. Prob the allure of playing for the cubs or Red Sox is more attractive but it all comes down to $30 AAV which Houston won’t pay
