Honestly, I can’t say I’m satisfied with my result. Unfortunately the matchups didn’t really go my way either. That being said I’m happy with how I played the tournament, with the fact that I made very few misplays and with the chance to hug and catch up with a lot of friends

Honestly, if I had played the main event, I would have gone -4 Leyline, -1 Pyroblast, -1 Clarion, +2 Surgical, +3 Price of Progress, +1 Abrade.

I’m very happy with the maindeck Thalias, they handle a lot of matchups that I would otherwise lose before sideboarding.

I completely neglected Tron, as I didn’t expect to see any. However, there were at least three Tron decks in the room, and I lost to one of them. Three copies of Price of Progress would have been enough.

It’s great against combo (all their finishers cost 4 or have X in the cost) and also strong versus Cradle. I probably just need more testing. In paper, I expect to face less Tron than online (those four copies of Candelabras aren’t cheap), but I’ve been testing Thalia and she’s been really impressive.
