@PierceCavendish Last point, because we're in agreement and we both ride with the Hoyas. I would say you have some major issues with his handling of MBB up until the Cooley hire (which admittedly he did not have as much of a hand in). MBB is important, but it's not everything.
Glad people are finally coming around to the “structural” issues, but someone needs to be forthright and say it.
DeGioia might’ve been a nice guy, and I wish nothing but the best for his health, but he was out of his depth at his job and he was a dope w the hoops program.
@PierceCavendish Sure, some of those are reasonable/warranted critiques, as I said. My point was that you’re extrapolating that to “out of his depth at his job,” which is a (Key) bridge (Marriott) too far. Happy to discuss further over DM.
@PierceCavendish I'd recommend focusing on critiquing specific things (which there are to be critical about) rather than making broad generalizations that are just untrue. Also not having a job elsewhere *could* hurt, but is chasing a reason for your out of depth at entire job assertion.
@HoyaApologist @HoyaNats Don’t need to. I made my point. This wasn’t even about Georgetown. It was about the team I cover for work, which so far is the only team that’s ahead of expectations with the coach it got out of Cooley leaving Providence. If that changes, cool. As of today it’s a true statement.
@_HoyaParanoia_@babaoladotun_ I thought Hoyas were smart not retarded.
You’ll never fool anyone coming Terps hoops fans attendance.
We routinely leads the NATION in attendance.
Georgetown plays in a gym the size of our new practice facility 😂
Played you under Turgeon, scheduled you under Willard, played you under Buzz. We all know that neither Gary or the Thompson family was playing that game. But, don't let that get in the way of your narrative.
