I contacted American Airlines again to follow up on my request for a full refund and I’m told, “We checked and see our team still has your file pending and reviewing things. We'd ask giving them a bit more time, and they'll follow up with you very soon.”

Someone from AA contacted me yesterday to make sure he didn’t touch me in a sexual manner.

I confirmed he wasn’t touching me in a sexual manner—he was just obese and disgusting.
