@OfficialTfGM No I can’t. I don’t go anywhere Piccadilly today (or during my normal commute) which is why it’s hard to have been charged! Last Friday I went to Piccadilly station using the tram and touched out there. It was the northbound platform near an exit door.
Hard to be in 2 places at once! I need these incorrect charges refunding and you guys probably need to get to the platform on the northbound line at Piccadilly and check your machines!

@Airbnb customer services decided to stop answering an unhappy customer on a recent trip (first time complaint from a normally happy customer). Would someone be kind enough to send me the rules and guidelines for refunds if a property is improperly listed.
