@Tapi_Carpets. These guys are a total joke. Turned up to fit 2 rooms a landing and stairs but they can't finish the job because the carpet is not the right size for one room. The fitters blamed the store, the store manager blamed the supplier...Pathetic. Avoid these clowns!

@SW_Help although COVID has been awful on every level, there is a silver lining for me. I no longer have to pay you thousands of pounds per year to make me late, stressed and miserable. I do feel very sorry for those who still have to use your service (or lack thereof).

After months of trying to launch & play this game I'm now beyond frustrated. @SoT_Support gave up on me and closed my ticket (ID 206545), @XboxSupport kept me waiting for hour after hour and did nothing. Awful and frustrating!

@NetworkRailWssx @SW_Help We clearly have different definitions of the term ‘smooth start’. Two cancelled and one delayed train, been at the station over 30 mins...still waiting and will be extremely late! Awful start...again!

If this was an isolated issue your apology might be acceptable but it isn't, this happens at the same sets of signals on a daily basis and it's been like this for years. @SW_Help Do not even try to pass this off as an improvement. @SW_Railway have under performed on every low ball benchmark set and continue to run the network into the ground. Let's hear the pathetic excuses and justification for more fare rises and yet poorer performance. Wretched!!
