My genuine Hermès perfume listing was flagged for using an “inappropriate brand” despite it being Hermès! Now had multiple template responses and THREATS to my account with zero explanation. You forced me to remove brand, damaging visibility & value.

@DYLON_UK WRONG COLOUR in DYLON POD! Bamboo fibre covers for memory foam pillows which CANNOT be bought separately now PURPLE not OCEAN BLUE. RUINED!! Dylon put wrong wrapper on pod. I hope they have products at THEIR cost to rectify this. It came out of pod purple. FURUOUS!!
