Thank you for following up my refund with oman air , but according to your last email by Mr Mohamed El-Araby it was send to your finance on 15/9/2021 but still i didnt receive any thing , any updates , no body reply to my email

@omanair لا انصح بالتعامل مع الطيران العماني منذ اكثر من سنه ألغيت رحلاتنا و الى الان لم يتم اعادة النقود لنا ، سيحصل معكم نفس الشيئ

And they say it is pending with oman air
No any solution from both of you ,

I dont now why you are not refunding our money to our agency

@omanair How you are asking people to buy your tickets and more than one and half year you are not refunding the cancelled tickets due to covid
Dont say send your booking reference, just to show that you are taking care of your customers

3rd party companies still waiting the refund
