General heads up, Zillow no longer list the climate risk data(Floods, Fires, etc) on a house you are looking to buy, because real estate agents said it was hurting sales. At minimum for insurance reasons, this is information you need to know if you're shopping.

Trump: When we gave her the Presidential Medal of Freedom… It’s the equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor— it’s actually much better because everyone who gets the Congressional Medal, they’re soldiers. @stevesi There are such laws on the books in 47 states. Patchwork of definitions makes it tough for compliance and enforcement. National law with federal enforcement is better for gov, business, and consumers. What am I missing?

@stevesi Price gouging is already illegal in some states. Seems sensible policy given we know it happened during the pandemic. The statement is explicit that this is just one of many initiatives to address high consumer prices. What am I missing?
