At my coworker's baby shower, I skipped the registry entirely, didn't buy a single onesie or toy.

Brought her mesh postpartum underwear, the giant overnight pads, a heating pad, a gift card for takeout, and a set of nipple cream she'd never have thought to ask for.

Told her straight, everyone else in that room is about to hand her a baby wardrobe. Nobody's thinking about the fact that she's going to be bleeding and sore and running on no sleep in a body that just did something enormous.

This is Thandiwe Makoti a Zimbabwean who is a Store Manager at @WOOLWORTHS_SA Grayston. She is a bully and ill treats South African employees and calls them lazy and when they complain she tells them to bring @OperationDudula and #MarchandMarch with their @JacintaNgobese.

One employee says; I had to resign from @WOOLWORTHS_SA Grayston Store 3039 because I could no longer cope with the working environment because of this cruel woman Thandiwe. Other people have also resigned and are now unemployed.

I am speaking out because the employees who are still there are scared to and those who did have been silenced and ignored by @WOOLWORTHS_SA . They are living through what I experienced everyday shouting, intimidation, excessive monitoring, public criticism and the constant fear of making a mistake or losing their jobs.

People are depressed and afraid to speak because they need their jobs. Some are suffering in silence and absenteeism and low morale are becoming a serious concern.

I am asking @WOOLWORTHS_SA to please investigate this confidentially and independently. Speak to employees privately without Thandiwe present and allow them to tell you what is really happening.

I have left because of her and now unemployed but they are still there.

Please listen to the employees at Grayston Store 3039. They need help.
