@_abhishekc @AbhijitChavda What I'm implying is what is the mechanism or medium that allows 450nm to change into blue in our minds?It cannot be anything material.Matter at the basic level is only vibration.Vibrations cannot be 'seen' by other vibrations.They only cause collisions/transfer of information.

Take the colour blue.Vibrations at 450nm get translated or abstracted into the colour blue.If particles/ quarks are responsible than its impossible.There is no way vibration can change to colour.The colour blue cannot be constructed from matter.
