7. Did these Balaalo get legal Cattle Movement permits, in the first place? This is ebaruha y’okufuruka (Movement Permit). The givers of these permits should always ensure that there are no problems (diseases, ownership, etc.) where the Cattle are coming from and no problems where the Cattle are going (diseases, space, Kwonesa potential, etc). If the permits were legally given, why was the scarcity of water, the lack of fencing, the Kwonesa, etc not checked?

8. Did they get Cattle Movement permits into the  Government ranches? Therefore, Our great freedom fighter Andrew Mwenda, should not misdirect his efforts about my Executive Orders condoning tribal Chauvinism that frowns at Ugandans migrating legally to other areas. I know of a Munyoro woman, Adyeeri,  who is a big farmer in Nwoya, growing fruits. She is very much loved from what I saw by the Locals. The resentment by the Locals and my Executive Orders are not about the legal and rational actors. They are both directed at the illegal and the irrational.

I can’t stop thanking God for saving me from the worldly life and helping me quit everything that was leading me down the wrong path. Every day, I see more reasons why His grace and guidance have been my greatest protection. Life is fragile, and the world can be cruel—this is why I choose to walk in God’s light and encourage others to be mindful of the environments they put themselves in.

The tragic passing of Martha Ahumuza Murari is a painful reminder of how quickly things can change. A young woman full of promise, taken too soon. Whether it was a medical condition or foul play, this is a wake-up call for all women—please watch out for each other. We must be intentional about keeping each other safe.

If you’re out in public, especially in places where drinks are involved, be cautious. Never leave your drink unattended, and if a friend is in distress, don’t ignore it. If you notice something suspicious, speak up. The world is full of dangers, and unfortunately, not everyone around us has good intentions.

Martha’s story is heartbreaking, and I pray for her family to find strength during this difficult time. Ladies, let’s not just mourn her—let’s learn from this and do our best to protect one another. May her soul rest in peace. 😭 💔
