$BDCI will be uploading it’s Attorney Letter today and should be upgraded back to OTC Pink Current on 5/8/2018. The Quarterly Report will be filed before the 15th of May.

$BDCI’s ranking with OTC was changed to Limited because the Attorney Letter was not filed. The earliest we are able to complete our interview with counsel is Friday May 4, 2018. We should be able to upload the letter later that day and be restored within a few trading days.
