@O2 have awful customer service and signal at times they still have loyal customers for years and there is no appreciation. Advisors don’t answer questions put to them and are rude #rubbish #NeverAgain

So imagine @EE offer customers TV’s/Nintendo Switch for being loyal customers @O2 offer nothing & have awful customer service. They offer nothing when confronted and are rude..#nothappy #cancelmycontract #awfulcustomerservice
