The staff was very helpful.Still discharge and final bill settlement took2 hrs.I saw ~15 patients relatives struggling to get desired info.Staff manning the counter were stressed.felt bad for them.please look into Patient discharge System.

Appreciable medical facilities and professional nursing & support staff but Estimates,TPA support,Billing and Discharge desks are understaffed and stressed. Some kind of automation will surely help them.
