@FidelCacheFlow Totally agree. When i stepped into my company, first thing i looked into were decision maker calls of our ent clients. From AEs to CS and AM. They give an idea of why they bought the tool and what they tryna achieve. Apply that to similar prospects and cash money on cold calls.
