Covid-19 situation లో కూడా కష్టపడి పనిచేసిన మాకు మీరు ఇస్తామన్న payscale రాలేదు వేతనాలు పెరగలేదు, పైగా మాకు ప్రజల్లో చులకన భావం ఏర్పడింది (సచివాలయం job's Permanent కాదు అని)

అక్టోబర్ నుంచి probation ప్రకటించి రెగ్యులర్ చేస్తే వాళ్ళకి 23000 నెట్ పే ఇవ్వాలి.అంటే ఇప్పుడు ఇచ్చే 15000 కి అదనంగా 8000. కానీ మీరు జూలై కి ఇస్తామంటున్నారు...
మరీ ఈ 8 నెలలు రావలసిన
8000*8 = 64000 ఇస్తారా..... దయచేసి వివరించగలరు....
