@liptex8@QuickBooks@QBCares I can't do a darn thing in QBO this morning. I am in Chrome and having these same issues. I'm seeing posts from accountants all over the US who are also experiencing these same problems. @QuickBooks up to their usual tricks today, I see.
I will be switching to @CapitalOne after this horrible customer service experience. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from dealing with this nonsense in the future.
Beware of using a business @AmericanExpress card! On Friday they suspended my account without notice, claiming I was in debt resolution. This is 100% incorrect but I have wasted hours trying to resolve it. Payments to my vendors were declined as well.
@AmericanExpress Multiple offshore phone reps told me they received the report from an outside agency but couldn't tell me where it originated. Today I'm being told it was an internal error at Amex. At the very least someone should have called me before disrupting my business.
@ATT@officialdustinr I'm on day 2 of no internet and they just keep pushing the estimated restoration time out by 4-6 hours. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel my service too. I get that they may have a problem, but they could at least give a realistic time frame for the repair.
@QBcares Why can't we switch between companies from the drop-down menu anymore? Every time I try, I get the "Sorry, there was a problem" screen and have to go back to the Accountant desktop to select a client. This is a critical tool - please fix!
@kelseyo0211@amazon I work with numerous charities that need every penny they can get, and discontinuing #amazonsmile will be a blow. Those PTAs, animal rescues, and other organizations might only get a few hundred dollars a year from @amazon , but that money makes a huge impact locally.
Nominations are now open for the WRAL Voters' Choice Awards! We would appreciate your help in nominating Lori Aveni, CPA, PLLC as best accounting firm. Vote at https://t.co/UjYp7vY69q. Thanks for your support! #WRALVCAS
@ebooksyearn@TruistNews Try using 6/22 or later as your payment date. I was having the same issue and a phone rep told me it was due to Monday 6/20 being a federal holiday but glitching in the Truist system. When we used 6/22 it worked.
@SPC_Harry@TruistNews @WDGindahouse Spoke with a phone agent. It's a regional outage due to the systems not treating Monday 6/20 correctly as a federal holiday. If you set up your bill payment for 6/22 it will go through. The Twitter agents have no idea apparently.
