Anyone know how to actually speak to someone and get an issue sorted that's going on since March? Bill dispute.

@eir these are all the times I've called off my phone (excl my home phone/partner) every time I called I go hung up on bar he last two times. Btw this is only the customer care number. I tried several numbers.

@eircare I have done this now. Can you respond back today please as I have been trying to get in contact since last week. I understand the situation but it is total unacceptable to disconnect people when they try and ring. (On mobile and landlines)
