In May, a Muslim woman was shoved inside a shop in Guildford.

She posted it herself. Nowhere else picked it up.

No outlet called it what it was.

These are the words of our incident log. Recorded 9 May 2026.

A prayer room above a Blackburn cafe was set on fire.
A Nazi symbol was sprayed on a mosque in Shrewsbury.
A niqab-wearing woman was racially abused in a Nando's.

This is happening to worship spaces, workplaces, everyday life.
And when we log it, we're told it's isolated.

In May we recorded 11 incidents on the street.

By June, that had changed.

A hijab-wearing woman was assaulted in the street.
A Muslim woman's car was set on fire outside her home in Birmingham.
A mosque under construction had its entrance torched.
A family's home was attacked with a sledgehammer by a neighbour.

It's the same hostility. It just gets worse.

105 incidents in June. Up from 70 in May.
35 of those happened on the street. Up from 11 in May.

Yesterday we published a smaller version of this, street incidents only, no online reports.

Today includes online. That's the difference if you're comparing the two.

Neither includes what we're tracking separately on X. That runs into the thousands and is being prepared as its own report.

And that's only what reached us.

Every incident above was reported, covered somewhere, or posted by someone with the platform to speak for themselves.

Most of it never reaches anyone at all.

Not because it didn't happen. Because most people don't know we exist.

For the first time, we're showing you what happens after you report something to us.

It doesn't get a case number and disappear.

It gets logged. Located. Mapped.

It becomes part of a pattern put in front of policymakers.

Your report becomes evidence.

Today, we're also submitting this data directly to Parliament.

Ewan Methven, 27, a postman from East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, has admitted to the brutal murder of his girlfriend, popular waitress Phoenix Spencer-Horn, 20. Methven strangled Phoenix, then stabbed her 20 times, ultimately severing her head and attempting to dismember her body. This horrific crime occurred in the couple's flat in November, shortly after they moved in together.

In the 48 hours following the murder, Methven remained in the flat with Phoenix's body, attempting to evade justice. He used her phone to send reassuring text messages to Phoenix's mother, Alison Spencer, making her believe Phoenix was alive. Disturbingly, minutes after sending one such message, Methven was accessing hardcore porn sites, which he logged onto no fewer than 170 times during this period, while also trying to buy drugs.

Phoenix, affectionately known as Phe, was a popular cafe & hotel worker from Strathaven. Her family is "shattered" by her loss.

Prosecutor Chris McKenna stated that around midnight on November 16, a downstairs neighbor reported hearing a "loud noise and hurried footsteps." This coincided with activity recorded on Methven's phone. Methven later called 999, claiming a "drug induced psychotic break" & admitting he had killed his girlfriend. Officers discovered Phoenix's "naked and mutilated body with her head decapitated," covered up in the hall. An attempt had also been made to sever her torso, right wrist, & ankle. Her head was found placed upright next to her body.

Methven was described as "calm" at the scene, making remarks like, "I guess this is what my next 25 years look like." His lawyer stated that "Those related to Phoenix and those who are friends are likely to regard Ewan Methven as the personification of evil." Methven is due to be sentenced on July 14.
