On November 12, 2025, Ayaz Baloch, son of Akber and a teacher at Ruzn School in the Mehnaz area of Buleda, Kech, disappeared on his way home from school after being detained by Pakistani security forces, including a state-backed death squad.

On November 19, 2025, his mutilated body was discovered at Solo Dam in Buleda.

His family recognised his clothes and shoes, although his body was unrecognisable.

Reports from Zehri, Khuzdar district, confirm that Security forces have continued aerial bombardments, enforced disappearances, and collective punishment of civilians. The ongoing siege and communication blackout have turned the region into a humanitarian crisis zone, with no access to medical care, food, or independent reporting.

On October 5, aerial strikes in the Mulla Pas Bial Chadi area killed five civilians, including women and children, and injured several others. Earlier, on October 1, another bombardment claimed multiple lives, among them Amina Bibi, Lal Bibi, and Muhammad Hassan. These deliberate attacks on non-combatants violate Articles 48 and 51 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit targeting civilians and civilian objects.

The continued blockade and denial of humanitarian assistance breach international obligations under the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Such actions constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The international community must urgently intervene to stop these atrocities. Accountability for state-perpetrated violence in Balochistan is essential to prevent further civilian suffering. The siege of Zehri must be lifted immediately, and independent observers allowed unrestricted access.
