@HrobBulls @J_Potter 60 are needed to end a filibuster on a specific bill and pass it. 50 votes (plus the Vice President as the 51st) are needed to eliminate the rule allowing the filibuster in the first place.

@J_Potter @HrobBulls It’s not up to Biden to eliminate the filibuster - 50 senators need to do it. 48 Democrats probably would, but Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema are hard no votes. If a few more Democratic senators are elected they could vote to eliminate the filibuster and codify Roe.
