Gandhi had propagated the idea of Ramrajya. Do you know Gandhi's Racist role in South Africa? In fact,Do you have any idea about Gandhi's views on Women?.
Stop blabbering with whatever is fed to your brain?
based. as a gandhian it feels like getting free from being called ambedkarite.
this is how trads must have felt when dalits left hinduism.
liberating truly
Accepting Ambedkar without Gandhi is an anxious mental act for liberals. Invoking Ambedkar and Gandhi together might help one moralize a remonstrative act against the present government, but it won't allow one to rebel against the Brahmin-Savarna regime.
Within the Savarna world, Gandhi's reformative approach towards caste certainly places him in the category of a rebel. But that is the world of the Savarna—the world of Guha, Banerji, Sharma—the world of limitations and privileges.
Imagining Gandhi "with" Ambedkar neither settles the conflicting past nor satisfies the deplorable present of Bahujans. It is just a poor imagination, a product of Brahmin-Savarna urban anxiety.
While Gandhi struggled to transform the imaginary idea of Hinduism into one homogeneous religion, Ambedkar struggled to break it completely. The more the lower castes believe in this Hindu myth, the more they will produce consent for upper-caste hegemony.
Much before the RSS, Gandhi realised the threat—the threat from Ambedkar's vision and his strategies to annihilate caste. Ambedkar refused to accept that Hinduism is a religion; he argued that it does not have the characteristics of homogeneity found in other religions. All he wanted to say was that it had created a myth that had no mention even in its own celebrated Shastras.
Like Gandhi, Savarkar too had a reformative approach towards caste. While Savarkar worked to form Hindu homogeneity through Hindutva, Gandhi worked towards it by propagating the idea of "Ram Rajya." They both knew the hollowness of the idea of "Hindu," and both realised the contradiction of caste. It was this contradiction of caste that Ambedkar made tangible and through which he wanted to radicalise Bahujans against the Brahmin-Savarna regime.
Liberals and their Savarna gang should invoke Gandhi and Savarkar together.
Bahujans should invoke Phule and Ambedkar together.
We have our dream: Ravidas's dream of Begampura, Phule's Balirajya, and Ambedkar's Prabuddha Bharat.
Every single day another civilizational Nashualist discovers Nehru Ji's Congress through first principles.
But these people can't stop abusing Nehru day in and out. Truely an interesting case of cognitive dissonance.
why do indians see a thot and immediately imagine how her father feels. she earns more than all of us combined his dad would suggest her to wear shorter clothes. decency and modesty are brahminical concepts lol no body except them follows it
Ambedkar is leagues below gandhi and nehru. as a nehruvian i wont agree to the gandhi nehru ambedkar as a trio for india. i dont care if it gets votes or power. gandhi ji's warriors of truth dont bend for votes
@randomizer801 capitalism being my ideology despite that it certainly erodes decency and modesty. western civilization has way more deranged stuff but we will see that happening soon in india as well
@veerykizz absolutely not his economics wasnt too bad it was close to nehru jis ideas but an absolute and total failure in politics and social life anything beyond material needs. the only way this country could survive was because of nehru
lets rank historical figures by where i disagree with them.
Savarkar - Ideologically
Ambedkar - Personally and Ideologically
Periyar - Personally and ideologically
Godse - Personally and ideologically
Phule , Shahu , Savitribai Phule - personally and ideologically
Similar to scumbedkar, both Savarkar and Godse were anti-caste terrorists, Savarkar gave up his Brahmin caste and called himself a casteless hindu, he put janeu on filthy dalits and allowed them inside a temple chanting Gayatri mantra, he was a leader of dalits not UCs 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰
@drKurooHazama That's why economists often go beyond the famous "Hindu rate of growth" argument and examine productivity, capital allocation, industrial licensing, trade protection, investment efficiency, and the counterfactual of what India could have achieved under alternative policies.
@drKurooHazama Low per-capita growth = evidence of poor economic performance.
Showing that Nehruvian policies caused/contributed to that poor performance = the actual economic critique.
