Circling the UWS right now is an altogether different helicopter--an unmarked @NYPDnews spy copter flying at 1200 ft. Why? No idea but it lingered at 86th & Amsterdam then circled up to 98th St & back down.

I once thought @FlyNYON helicopter tours were the worst but there's a @WingsAirHeli N718WA flying from NYC 34th St Heliport (tours aren't supposed to go from there) up the Hudson at 500 ft, across @CentralParkNYC even lower, zig zagging down Manhattan and now over @Gov_Island
