Kudos Rep Meng. Bigger problem than just planes. Copters all over the city, souped up mufflers on drag-racing cars/motorcycles/fake cycles, & party boats on the Hudson @ incredible decibels as they slowly turn to go back downriver. Nowhere is safe from constant noise onslaught.
