There was a recent study where they took the smartphone capacity away from adults for four weeks and so they still had their flip phone they could text and call but they couldn’t get online. They couldn’t be on social media. And what they found is that after four weeks of being away from a smart phone the happiness scores went up as if they had treated these people with an antidepressant and when they looked at these individuals and spoke with them they found that these people were getting better sleep because they weren’t under screens at night so that’s a point of joy that is measured in the research they were actually socialising more another point of joy they were spending time in nature another point of joy eating their food and tasting it not like just staring at a screen and shoving it in their mouth so they were losing all of these natural points of joy just by being on their screen
✍🏿CORRECT VERSION: A terrible power shutdown earlier today disrupted the tolling system at Kajjansi Toll Plaza, along the Expressway resulting in a temporary traffic build-up.
In such circumstances, the operations contract provides for emergency free passage to minimise congestion and inconvenience to road users when the Lanes are inactive. This measure was activated at Kajjansi as technical teams worked to restore stability. [So some drivers took advantage of the free passage! 🙂].
#STABILISED: Operations have since stabilised, and all lanes are active. The corresponding revenue loss is deducted from payments due to the contractor.

Unpopular opinion: Why do we honestly even take soda, do we know what we are taking. Can you identify all those chemicals in the ingredients lists. Is this a lifestyle that we found and adopted. Try getting soda and put a spoonful of sugar and you tell me what happens-Don't drink
"Gen Z is the 1st gen. in modern history to underperform us on basically every cognitive measure.., from basic attention to memory, literacy, numeracy, general IQ even though they go to more school. What happened around 2010 that decoupled schooling from cognitive development?"
Well, the algorithms of social media aren't suitable for the development of the childrens prefontal lobe. They are rising numbers of ADHD, the tech we have is driving the reward for innovation. Just brain rot here, brain rot there and there is also information overload

@BuniChristopher The depletion of dopamine levels in Gen Z due to the rise of social media. Scientists in Australia took a scan of their teenagers and found out similar brain activity to a person developing Alzheimer's disease. Still doing more research on it though
Well I think it would have to do with the optimization of unified memory. Apple manufactures their own SOC's, the bionic, same as their software iOS, so it's easy for them to improve the use of RAM as compared to Android that has other companies manufactured the chipsets

Today I made a tax payment (by PRN) via online banking on laptop. 20 minutes later, I received a mobile phone SMS from a telecom telling me "Make payment with PRN today. Simply dial...Tax payments...".
Someone is accessing & passing on our data/traits & transactions illegally.
They don't even try hiding it anymore 😅. Just sending relatable messages after performing tasks, but ain't that illegal. Thought our data was encrypted
