@justintrimble I’m looking at houses right now in Waller, TX and a $225k house will cost me $7,200 a year in property taxes. 3.2% is the effective property tax rate, so yea a $750k house would be exactly $2k a month in property taxes, and they are selling those right down the street.

More will be produced for cheaper. The amount of work needed will increase, the jobs will just look different for people.
