In year 2 our Teacher of French wanted us to do French accents. I felt this was kind of a faux pas, it felt like national mockery. I didn't really have a concept of "racist" but it did feel undignified or disparaging to the French.

In HS I mentioned this to a friend in 🇯🇵 class.

Those cooling towers would be useful for data centres right now. Or gas turbines. Or industrial chemistry. Or nuclear power.
