The Royal Burgh of Linlithgow celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Deacons Court’s stewardship of the Riding of the Marches with The Royal Regiment of Scotland proudly taking the lead. 🏴
The Riding of the Marches of the Ancient and Royal Burgh of Linlithgow is a tradition dating back to the 16th century with the Deacon’s Court taking stewardship in 1975. 🐴

The Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland (@Band_SCOTS) playing the Anglo-German Christmas Carol Concert at Hoher Dom, Paderborn. A little bit of home here in Germany.
The concert will feature works by Simon Dobson and Bruce Fraser and will be the culmination of our musical training week.

The band are back in concert in the city next week, Friday 22nd November at 2pm at Canongate Kirk - The Kirk of Holyroodhouse and Edinburgh Castle!
Last night, @Band_SCOTS presented a Scottish-themed concert in The Guards Chapel. The Band’s Ceilidh Band and guest piper performed traditional Scottish and bagpipe tunes to finish the concert in true Scottish fashion.
