I asked Claude to build an interactive explainer on how QR codes hold and repair a message.
I started from a 400-word brief and worked with Opus 5.5 on treatment and sound design. Voiceover by ElevenLabs. It renders fully in the browser on Three.js. Full experience๐
When Steve Jobs died 15 years ago today, I was devastated. Later that day, I watched his narrated version of the iconic "Here's to the crazy ones" ad and actually started crying. It felt like he was reading his own obituary. I realized the ad had been about Steve all along.
When I first saw the original version as a teenager, I decided to buy my first Mac. It took me four years of saving to finally buy one. I still think itโs the best ad ever made. It never mentions a product, but it sold me on the whole company. Sort of "Inception" for geeks, planting the single idea that turns you into a lifelong customer.
So a few hours ago, when I realized what day it was, I decided to recreate it as an animated monochrome experience in the browser, with his narration.
Animation, sound design, and code by Claude Opus 5.5 (ultracode), illustrations by GPT-Image-2.5, music by ElevenLabs. The narration is Steve's original recording, with the music removed for copyright reasons.
This is a recording of it. You can find the website below ๐

#buildinpublic
The most expensive #AI risk isn't hallucinations. It's cognitive surrender.
When an LLM generates a polished report in 4 seconds, the formatting bypasses our skepticism filter. We mistake fluency for truth.
If your AI feature doesn't have a silent failure mode, you are shipping a churn vector. Never expose probabilistic failures without a deterministic fallback.
Founders are applying deterministic #UX to probabilistic #AI workflows.
If your UI presents AI-generated data as absolute deterministic truth, you are one hallucination away from breaking user trust permanently.
Design for uncertainty. Build frictionless rollback paths.
@kapilansh_twt brain computer interfaces is the logical next frontier to unlock more context to AI, but un-regulated AI will end us at the end of the road.
Figma is the medium of imagination. Code is the medium of constraints.
If you are building AI products, bypassing Figma for code-first prototyping is the only way to cure empty-canvas paralysis. Design around the machine's actual limits.
@FarzaTV I saw your first video about Clicky and honestly it's a genuine idea, seamless and frictionless.
I know being voice based only costs a lot of resources, that's why I think a cool not-in-the-way readable guides as a response to my question would be a cool addition.
Refactoring code that already works isn't engineering. It's procrastination wearing a lab coat.
Engineers hide in the code editor because it's a safe zone. The market is the danger zone.
Ship the ugly version.
Optimizing database queries past a certain point is wasted runway. You don't need a faster API; you need a #UX latency mask to manage the psychology of waiting.
Putting a ChatGPT wrapper on your SaaS isn't an #AI strategy. It's a #UX failure that transfers the cognitive load of execution onto your user.
Build invisible AI, not chatbots.
