@TheOfficialSBI Good to see that bank is backing its employee and not finding fault at every instance.
Employees are also human and they are your asset.

@IndianTechGuide Bankers are still demanding #5DaysBanking but govt. has gone silent. IBA signed & recommended the same but it is still pending for govt approval!
Such a hypocrite!
Indian police are now using advanced tech to catch and fine overspeeding vehicles.
If the Govt can spend money on this tech, why can’t they use the same resources to fix all the potholes? And why does all the revenue from these fines end up in the treasury to fund freebies?
@ANI What about who will go to the office and come back after 6pm for casting his/her voting rights by motorcycle?!
Please respond or clarify @CEOWestBengal
❗️UNSUNG HEROES OF INDIA’S BANKING SYSTEM - RRB EMPLOYEES
Across the country, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) have quietly delivered remarkable performance:
Total Business: ₹13.65 lakh crore
NPA: ₹31,500 crore (just 5.29%)
Profit: ₹6,662 crore
These numbers are not just figures, they are proof of resilience, dedication, and commitment.
Now think about this 👇
If RRBs were counted as one single PSU Bank with a nationwide presence, they would stand stronger than many established PSU banks.
But the real story is not just about numbers. The real story is about the people behind these numbers.
RRB employees are working in:
→ Remote villages
→ Interior regions
→ Areas where even basic infrastructure is missing
❌ No fancy branches.
❌ No high-end facilities.
❌ Limited staff.
❌ Endless pressure.
And still they deliver.
While many private and big PSU banks focus on global, corporate, urban and semi-urban profits,
RRB employees are building the real backbone of financial inclusion in India.
They are the ones:
→ Bringing banking to the last mile
→ Supporting farmers and rural entrepreneurs
→ Handling pressure with minimal resources
→ Delivering results against all odds
This “marvelous business” is not because of systems. It is because of people.
It is because of every RRB banker who shows up daily in challenging conditions and still performs.
Credit where it’s due - RRB employees are not just bankers, they are nation builders.
Respect. Recognition. And support
that’s what they truly deserve.

🚨 Crores for MDs, 15 Days for Branch Staff: DFS PLI Letter Revealed!
@FinMinIndia has approved the #PLI for MD & EDs of @pnbindia for FY 2024-25. The official communication came from the @DFS_India on March 18, 2026.
✅ MD & EDs will get Rs. 1.00 crore+ as PLI
✅ Officers from Scale IV to VIII will get PLI almost equal to their full annual salary
✅ Officers from Scale I to III, who do most of the branch-level work, will get PLI for only 15 days
Example (Approximate):
•Scale 1 → Rs. 41,000
•Scale 2 → Rs. 50,000
•Scale 3 → Rs. 62,000
•Scale 4 → Rs. 20 lakh
•Scale 5 → Rs. 25 lakh
•Scale 6 → Rs. 30 lakh
•Scale 7 → Rs. 35 lakh
•Scale 8 → Rs. 40 lakh
•ED → Rs. 50 lakh
•MD → Rs. 55 lakh
PLI as % of Annual Basic Pay:
•Scale IV → 70%
•Scale V & VI → 80%
•Scale VII & VIII → 90%
•EDs & MDs → 100%
💥 The harsh truth: Scale 1-3 officers, the backbone of branch operations, are being massively under-rewarded while senior officers get nearly double or even full salary as PLI.
Bankers are already calling this discriminatory. Most of the work is done in branches, while senior officers sit in AC cabins, and now, with this “PLP” (Profit Linked to Their Pocket), they will push unrealistic targets, making the frontline staff face more pressure than ever.
This is not a Performance-Linked Incentive, this is a Profit-Linked-to-Bosses’ Pocket scheme.
Attention all bankers: The new year is coming with higher pressure, impossible targets, and exploitation at its peak.
If voters can hire, they must have the power to fire. Accountability cannot be optional in a democracy.
“Right to Recall” is not rebellion. It is responsibility.
