Moeletsi Mbeki is spot on. Reading most productive comments a lot of people focus on education as key. Education is important obviously but education is not key. Education is a by product of economic success. Grow the economy first and education will follow.
America became the world’s biggest economy in the 1870’s not through education but through free market, low regulation and low taxation.
At that time only about 1% of the population had a bachelor’s degree or higher.
It’s pointless to continue the fight against the madness. Democrats in America thrive on communism, fraud, and illegal immigration, turning a blind eye to crime, while feckless Republicans huff and puff and just sit on their hands. It’s hopeless, and I’m sick of it all.
Happy birthday to my wonderful son. @elonmusk has given me 55 years of joy.
It’s so much fun to celebrate with family and friends.
His cake is a rocket and a moon base 🎂🎂🎉
1. Reduction of the size of government to focus on core services of the state. Focus on reduction of the size of provincial government, provide more powers to municipalities, accountability and action.
2. Reduction in personal income tax and corporate tax rates to make South Africa an attractive investment and retirement destination. I would focus on expats who want to retire in SA but face stiff tax rates
3. Reduction in the fuel levy, but offset by local refinement of oil, and a complete overhaul of the RAF. I'd also focus on striking key oil deals, while also creating a solar environment supportive of EVs.
@VFPlus it’s time to campaign on lowering taxes. South Africans want lower VAT, lower income tax, and lower fuel prices. More money in our pockets means higher spending power, and ultimately it will create jobs.

I have re-referred Anthony Fauci to the DOJ for prosecution. The evidence is clear. He funded dangerous research, knew the likely origin of COVID as early as January 2020, and spent years lying to Congress and the American people.
15 million people are dead. Justice demands accountability. @MariaBartiromo
Did Elon Musk kill millions of people by cutting USAID? We now have preliminary 2025 mortality data from several African countries, and the answer may shock you: no. There is no detectable mortality signal at all.
BREAKING: French patriots are demanding justice for Louis, a 17-year-old who was murdered by a migrant gang
They filmed themselves stomping on his head
The people have had enough!!!
You cannot ask citizens to grant you permission to continue doing what you have been doing for 32 years when what you have been doing is clearly not working.
You cannot preach about a stable, prosperous South Africa while actively presiding over the dismantling of its sovereign integrity.
Capital, infrastructure, and public resources are strictly finite assets.
When a government treats its national borders like an open-air transit hub while domestic unemployment hovers at a structural 33%, economic friction is inevitable.
Congratulations to @AdriaanBasson, @PieterDuToit, @wicks_jeff and the entire Media24 crew for losing more money this financial year than last year. Naspers must be so proud!
2025 - Loss of R247 Million
2026 - Loss of R313 Million
This means that Media24 is losing Naspers R855,000 every single day they keep their doors open.
Keep up the great work, guys and don't forget to blame AfriMAGA for this one too!
WNBA player Sophie Cunningham calls out WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert by name, rips the league for not protecting her teammate, Caitlin Clark.
"This type of sh*t happens every single game to her, and the league and the refs do absolutely nothing about it."
Cunningham and co-host West Wilson also discussed the possibility that Engelbert is jealous of Clark, which may be why Clark was snubbed from the WNBA 30th Anniversary Poster.
“He lied to Congress in 2024. There is a path.”
Former DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, says even with a presidential pardon there is a path to prosecute Dr. Fauci for perjury.
I’ve referred Anthony Fauci to the DOJ for prosecution on 4 different occasions. Two under Joe Biden. Two under Donald Trump. We have another opportunity to hold Dr. Fauci accountable. I’m hopeful the DOJ will act.
