@GarethiwanJames@rugbyexpansion Yeah, I’d agree up to a point. Losing the hit isn’t a penalty. If Ireland didn’t want to give away penalties, we could have allowed ourselves to be pushed backwards. We chose to infringe to stop the scrum driving us back over our line. It was a conscious decision we made.
I’ve been watching darts for fucking donkeys years now and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ending to a match like that 😂 I need a cigarette after that and I don’t even smoke.
@Caolan_Scully That’s disappointing to hear, wasn’t the whole point of choosing him over RG was to keep the player who would be consistently there for Munster?
@DannyEdoBrien Surely the provinces can tell the IRFU to get lost for that?! How can a Ireland A game, with no eyes on it, be worth more for “development” than competitive league fixtures? At what point do players realise that no Irish coaches are watching these games and stick with their clubs
It’s that time of the year again where I have to specify that no, These are NOT the northern lights over Dublin Airport.
This light is actually coming from the Keelings farm at the Northwestern side of the airfield!
The light is used to help Strawberries grow at night, when there is a low cloud base, you can see the light shining against the clouds causing a vibrant northern lights look.

TFI Bike Journeys in Limerick have increased over 5x from April 2022 to April 2025 (645 -> 3109)
Big increase starting last year. Great to see. More stations and safe cycling routes in the city centre and this will only continue to climb.
