Branch staff are already slogging day & night for June closing targets. On normal days they keep pushing Login Day targets for SBY, APY, JBY, Health & Wealth insurance. Now they are even forced to open on holidays for “recovery & fresh slippage containment.”
Bank has declared 3 days holiday on 26, 27 & 28 June. Many officers & staff posted from faraway places had planned to go home and meet their families.
But why the hell is the HO CRMD team visiting branches on a holiday? What the hell are they doing on regular working days other than telephone operator work?
Now pushing call centre staff to the field on holidays — next level of harassment unlocked.
The CRMD team truly deserves an award for their outstanding “hard working”...

What about the out time?
Lets be punctual there too. Lets go home by 5.15 PM and after that.. those who still work s after 5.15 call them as slow worker.
Why only morning time?
Transfer and Posting attracts heavy expenses.. Due to west Asia crisis Government @DFS_India has requested PSU’s for curtain costs and expenses.. while @UnionBankTweets is transferring their employees unnecessarily to distant locations

Everyone wants to privatize India's public banks. It’s the easiest advice to give from a Columbia University office.

Reality check➡️PSBs do the heavy lifting for rural India (Jan Dhan), while private banks charge you for breathing near their ATM. We shouldn't sell the family silver at a discount just to satisfy ivory-tower economic models.
